Virtual Suite helps creators, founders, and organizations launch professional podcasts, secure their infrastructure, and ship custom applications — all under one roof.
Whether you're launching a show, hardening a network, or building software, we deliver work that's polished, secure, and ready for production.
End-to-end podcast services — from concept and recording to editing, distribution, and growth.
Practical security consulting that protects your business, customers, and data without slowing you down.
Custom web and mobile applications built with modern stacks, designed to scale with your business.
Virtual Suite is a small, focused team of producers, engineers, and security specialists. We've spent years inside podcasts, startups, and security teams — and we bring that operator's eye to every engagement.
We work with founders, creators, and growing companies who want a reliable partner that can wear multiple hats: produce a season, audit a system, and ship a new feature — without bouncing between agencies.
We take privacy seriously. Here's a plain-language summary of how Virtual Suite handles your information.
When you contact us, sign up for our services, or interact with our website, we may collect information such as your name, email address, business details, and any project information you choose to share with us. We only collect what's needed to deliver our services.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you've contracted us for, send relevant communications, process payments through trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe), and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Virtual Suite does not store full payment card information on its own servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
We share information only with service providers required to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools), or when required by law. All vendors are contractually obligated to safeguard your information.
We apply industry-standard security practices — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to minimize risk.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at contact@virtualsuite.org. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our website uses essential cookies to function properly and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

The plain-language terms governing your use of Virtual Suite's services.
By engaging Virtual Suite for podcast production, cybersecurity, application development, or any other service, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Virtual Suite provides professional services as agreed in writing with each client. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate engagement agreement or invoice for each project.
Fees are billed as outlined in your engagement agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due on receipt. Late payments may incur reasonable fees.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials so that Virtual Suite can deliver services as scoped. Delays caused by client inaction may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables produced specifically for them. Virtual Suite retains rights to pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used to create those deliverables.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering services.
Virtual Suite's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Virtual Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy below for further details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

How cancellations, refunds, and project changes are handled at Virtual Suite.
You may cancel a service or engagement at any time by emailing contact@virtualsuite.org. Cancellations take effect on the date we receive your written notice.
If you cancel before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on the portion of the engagement that has not yet been delivered. Fees for services already performed, completed deliverables, and non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., software licenses, distribution fees) are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days of approval. Banks and card networks may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Monthly retainers or ongoing services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable but services continue through the end of that cycle.
If you're unhappy with a deliverable, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including revisions or partial refunds where appropriate.
In the rare case that Virtual Suite cancels an engagement (for example, due to scope, conflict of interest, or non-payment), we will refund any prepaid fees for undelivered work.
